A 120-year history...

...and not hear them
Una storia lunga 120 anni...

We have always been committed to sharing and communicating the values that define us: Made in Italy, quality, design, innovation, customer service, and environmental awareness. Today, however, we want to discuss a value that embodies our essence; today, we tell our story. We wish we could recount every detail, every effort, but a blog post can't contain it all. However, we can dive back into a distant past and connect the dots that define our story today. To do so, we'll use the common thread that connects our history to the rest of the world: the lines that brought about the revolution.

Triple, 1960

A wealthy Italy, an economic boom creating fertile ground for new ideas. Perhaps not everyone is familiar with the Triplen line, yet it was the first to introduce the three-layer base (steel-copper-steel), our launchpad.

Pressure cooker, 1960

We live in an era where women still dominate the kitchen and the stove, but it's also a time when they're emancipating themselves and starting to work, and the time they have to dedicate to homemaking is starting to diminish. Healthy diets and high-quality raw materials are also starting to gain traction.

Less time + healthier products. This is the perfect formula that the pressure cooker offers unique results.

Tummy, 1969

An iconic line, perhaps the most famous, "the one with the rounded shape," as it's remembered. It was born in a revolutionary era, just like her. Tummy is the line of sweet memories, of affection, almost reassuring, just like that of mothers.

Lights and Shadows, 1989

The adjective to describe this line is "rampant," just like the young people of those years. They wanted to stand out and prove they were there, to leave a mark; and Luci e Ombre, which exploits the strong contrast between gloss and black, left its mark.

My Lady, 2003

A product of the short years, as the 2000s are called, characterized by a rapid succession of technological innovations. The My Lady line is bold, linear, yet unpredictable, elegant, and strong in character. The change is evident in its lines.

Easy, 2003

We can't fail to mention the first non-stick line from Barazzoni. We're off to a flying start with the company's first non-stick line because, not only did it introduce this new coating, but it also features the practicality of a detachable handle, making it versatile and an alternative.

My Pot, 2007

Innovation hasn't stopped over the years, and neither have we. My Pot was created to accommodate every possible convenience for those who love spending time in the kitchen. It's the line that makes it possible to "park the lid," our smart line.

My Pot utensils, 2011

A new decade begins, but with a look to the past thanks to the introduction of the first complete set of My Pot utensils, which recall the iconic smart line.

Granite, 2013

A timeless, long-running nonstick line, updated over the years to the present day. A symbol of an idea that adapts to its context.

Chef line, 2013

The years of minimalism aren't over (and perhaps never will be). Design and architecture still seek those essential forms, reducing spaces and objects to a bare minimum, even everyday ones, like a simple pot. The Chef Line was born from this desire for "simplicity."

Green Soul, 2016

Ecology has been a growing topic in recent years. Barazzoni launched a nonstick product with a water-based coating that's both environmentally friendly and safe for people. But that's not all: Anima Verde is a line that upholds the company's core values: using top-quality raw materials, 100% Made in Italy.

Our commitment to sustainability continues today, always seeking new and innovative production methods.

Easy Dual System, 2017

In a world of bayonets, we introduce the jaw. The world of pressure cookers has also been the subject of study and exploration throughout our history. Time is the key to understanding this cooking tool, and in this case, seconds make the difference. To simplify opening and closing, this new method was introduced, allowing for less effort and making the pressure cooker a completely "autonomous" tool.

33 Carats, 2018

The pot/diamond combination? It's possible. And beyond the pursuit of aesthetic beauty, there's the need to create a cutting-edge coating using 33-carat diamond powder. The art of developing new materials, in this case, is essential.

Black Titan Pro, 2020

We all know the nature of these years, the historic moment in which we suddenly found ourselves. In every difficult situation, everyone seeks their own reference points and starts again from there. It was immediate for us to understand what our "new point" was, which, once designed, took the name Black Titan Pro. Created and designed to endure, to convey strength and resilience.

Olly, 2020

The pandemic has inevitably forced every citizen to rethink their household finances, leading them to carefully select their purchases.

The word "design" is usually associated with the concept of "expensive"; what if that weren't the case? What if you could get a sophisticated product at an affordable price? Olly is all of this, the epitome of "beauty isn't always expensive."

120 years have passed since Giovanni Battista Barazzoni opened a small workshop producing household items made of tin, brass, and copper. Since then, our company has grown through the ideas of people who recognized the potential of this project, and together, generation after generation, we have built a great work. Today we are proud to share not only the great milestone of 120 years, but also the recognition of "Historic Company Brand". This is a milestone, but it's not the end. Our journey continues, and today, like every day for the past 120 years, is just the beginning.
