Ingredients for 6 single-serving desserts:
300 g of pumpkin puree
300 g of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Tip of a teaspoon of cinnamon
Tip of a teaspoon of vanilla powder or the seeds of half a vanilla bean
12 cocoa biscuits
Milk to taste
6 marshmallows
 12 chocolate chips
First, steam the pumpkin in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes, then let it cool and blend it until you obtain a puree.
Add the Greek yogurt and mix everything well, then add the vanilla, cinnamon and sugar, mix everything well and set aside.
Continue by quickly dipping the biscuits in the milk, so that they soften slightly.
Prepare the eyes of our little monsters by cutting the marshmallows in half and inserting a chocolate chip into the stickier side.
Now take the pumpkin and yogurt mixture, transfer it to a piping bag, and pipe a layer of cream inside the glass. Coarsely crumble two biscuits on top, cover with more cream, and top with the marshmallows.
The little monsters in the glass are ready, now keep them in the refrigerator for an hour before eating them.
