Trick or treat?
Halloween is approaching, and like any self-respecting holiday, food is a must-have. In collaboration with VerdeMelissa, we've come up with a perfect recipe for the spookiest night of the year that will pass even the most discerning of children, who will have fun making it.
The secret to making it quickly? The pressure cooker. VerdeMelissa used our Amelia+, but you can discover our entire range below: PRESSURE COOKERS
Easy Recipe | Ingredients for 10 Zucchini

Ingredients
300 g of pizza flour
50 g of baked pumpkin
130 g of water
8 g of fresh brewer's yeast
6 g of extra virgin olive oil
6 g of salt
Pumpkin seeds for decoration
 Procedure
Place the flour, water, puréed pumpkin, and yeast in a bowl and begin to mix everything together. Then add the salt and finally the oil, a drizzle of it.
Knead everything well and let the dough rest for 10 minutes, covered.
Take the dough and work it until it is smooth and homogeneous.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover and let it rise covered (in the oven with the light on) for about an hour until it has visually doubled in size.
Divide the dough into pieces of about 50 g, roll them up into balls.

Tie each bun with kitchen string to make 8 wedges, resembling small pumpkins.
Let it rise (in the oven turned off with the light on) for another 20 minutes or so.
Take the pressure cooker and add a finger of water to the bottom, making sure that the water does not touch the bottom of the basket.
Bring the water to the boil and then place the rolls in the pressure cooker basket, previously covered with baking paper.
(The basket of the 5-litre Amelia+ pressure cooker can hold a maximum of 4 sandwiches.)

Close with its lid and cook for about 10 minutes from the whistle of the pressure cooker.
Then continue in the same way to cook all the rolls.
Remove the string and decorate by placing a pumpkin seed in the center of each bun.
