Trick or treat?

Halloween night is coming and like any self-respecting holiday, food can never be missing from the table. In collaboration with VerdeMelissa, we have come up with the perfect recipe for the spookiest night of the year that will pass with flying colours, even the youngest children will enjoy making it.

The secret to making it in a short time? The pressure cooker. VerdeMelissa used our Amelia+, but you can discover our entire range below: PRESSURE COOKERS

Ingredients

300 g pizza flour

50 g baked pumpkin

130 g water

8 g fresh brewer's yeast

6 g of evo oil

6 g salt

Pumpkin seeds for decoration

Procedure

In a bowl, place the flour, water, pumpkin previously mashed, yeast and start mixing everything together. Then add the salt and finally the oil.

Knead everything well and let the dough rest covered for 10 minutes.

Take the dough and knead it until smooth and homogenous.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover and leave to rise covered (in a switched-off oven with the light on) for about an hour until doubled in size.

Divide the dough into pieces of about 50 g, roll them up into balls.

Tie each bun with kitchen twine to make 8 wedges, so that they resemble small pumpkins.

Leave to rise (in the oven with the light switched off) for another 20 minutes or so.
Take the pressure cooker, put a fingerful of water in the bottom, making sure that the water does not reach the bottom of the basket.

Bring the water to the boil and then place the rolls in the basket of the pressure cooker, previously covered with baking paper.

(A maximum of 4 buns can be placed in the basket of the 5-litre Amelia+ pressure cooker).

Close the lid and cook for about 10 minutes from the whistle of the pressure cooker.

Then continue in the same way with the cooking of all the buns.

Remove the string and decorate by inserting a pumpkin seed in the centre of each bun.
