You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them.

Please return the products in their original packaging with any instruction manuals, any accompanying documents, etc. Labels must not be removed.

*NB: In case of returns for defective, non-compliant products and/or products damaged during transport, complete the specific form and contact ecommerce@barazzoni.it before proceeding with phase 3.

Returns via courier. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We recommend choosing a trackable delivery service so you can track your shipment at all times.

Delivery must take place at the Barazzoni SpA headquarters. The label must include:

As soon as the return package arrives at our warehouse, it will be checked.
If the products meet the return conditions , you will receive a refund as soon as possible.
